According to Ms. Ngo Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Secretary in charge of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nam Dinh province, the project "Online Visit Portal of General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House" is a project implemented by the youth of Nam Dinh province and Xuan Truong district, practically celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , welcoming the Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; at the same time, it is an activity to concretize the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; developing and applying digital technology associated with promoting cultural, historical and revolutionary values, etc.
