Recently, despite unfavorable weather and climate conditions, the forces participating in the sea parade have overcome difficulties in organizing training and movement in formations and regularly learned from experience to thoroughly overcome existing problems.

Units and ships have built and organized through seagoing plans and training plans and implemented them seriously, closely and meticulously; ensured good weapons and equipment, ships and aircraft operating in complex weather conditions; organized tight and flexible command; ensured time to maneuver and take over the formation.
Directly directing the forces in the field, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia praised the units for seriously and closely organizing and implementing the plan to practice the armed forces' parade at sea. The Deputy Chief of the General Staff requested the Navy to continue to preside over the research and perfect the method of organizing the construction and organization of the formations at sea, ensuring uniformity, beauty and absolute safety.

The forces participating in the parade need to grasp and accurately forecast the weather situation, closely organize the information system and radar observation; closely coordinate between ships, strictly follow the command ship's orders, ensure the distance, speed, and position as specified in the formation. The commanders of the units must thoroughly inform each officer and soldier to fully understand, build high determination, and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
