The North Canal flows through Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City. The canal has the task of draining and contributing to climate regulation. In addition to lakes, Vinh City also has Dung Quyet Mountain with 56 hectares of pine forest and mixed forest, with small parks such as Cua Nam Park, Cua Bac Park (also known as Nozzle Park) bordering 3 wards of Le Loi, Hung Binh and Quang Trung. Up to now, the city also has regulating lake 2 in Hung Hoa Commune, with a planning area of 137 hectares, the boundary range: North borders Nguyen Sy Sach Street; South borders 40m wide planned road; East borders 35m wide planned road; West borders 24m wide planned road.
