Hung Yen education scale after merger

GD&TĐ - After the merger, the education sector of Hung Yen province has 1,237 educational institutions with over 733,000 students at all levels.

On the morning of July 10, the Office of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province said that the province's network of educational institutions currently has 1,237 educational institutions from preschool to general education, vocational education , and continuing education . Of which, preschool education has 496 schools (447 public schools and 49 non-public schools).

Primary education has 197 schools (196 public schools and 1 non-public school). Secondary education has 187 public schools. High school education has 71 schools (54 public schools and 17 non-public schools).

The province has 255 primary and secondary schools, 1 public secondary and high school and 8 non-public primary, secondary and high schools. There are 2 continuing education centers, 18 vocational education and continuing education centers, 1 specialized education school and 1 secondary school for the disabled.

The main office of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen is located at 603 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Pho Hien Ward, Hung Yen Province.

As of July 1, Hung Yen province has a total of 44,504 managers, teachers and staff in the whole sector. The whole province has 733,114 students (including 164,689 preschool children, 257,682 primary school students, 202,550 secondary school students, 108,193 high school students).

Before the merger, Hung Yen had 17,539 officials and teachers at all levels; 193 kindergartens with 67,430 children; 77 primary schools, 81 secondary schools, 88 primary and secondary schools, 34 high schools, 1 secondary and high school and 5 primary, secondary and high schools with 117,659 primary school students, 95,923 secondary school students and 46,017 high school students.

In Thai Binh, before the merger, there were 25,492 cadres, teachers and staff at all levels; 303 kindergartens with 97,259 children; 120 primary schools, 106 secondary schools, 167 middle schools, 37 high schools and 3 primary, middle and high schools with 140,023 primary school students, 106,627 middle school students and 62,176 high school students.
