Ronaldo dodges 5G

At 40, Cristiano Ronaldo still maintains top form thanks to iron discipline - even in his sleep.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the epitome of absolute professionalism. His impressive form on the pitch is the result of a lifestyle controlled down to the smallest detail. Among them is a surprising habit: avoiding 5G waves.

Former teammate Cédric Soares - now playing for São Paulo - recently revealed to ESPN Brazil that Ronaldo always warned him not to use 5G, especially at night: "Cédric, don't use 5G - it affects sleep". CR7 even turns off Wi-Fi and leaves his phone outside the bedroom to ensure deep, uninterrupted sleep.

Not only that, instead of staring at the screen, Ronaldo always prioritizes direct conversations with teammates. “No phone - go into the room to talk a bit,” Soares recounted.

Although there is no clear scientific evidence that 5G waves are harmful to sleep, Ronaldo never gambles with his body. For him, everything must serve the ultimate goal: maintaining peak performance.

The habit of avoiding 5G waves is just part of the strict lifestyle that CR7 applies: sleeping in a 5-sleep cycle/day, personalized training, eating according to a special menu and limiting the time spent using electronic devices. While many players rely on natural talent, Ronaldo chooses the path of absolute discipline to prolong his peak.

For Cristiano, every little detail is decisive - even the signal in the bedroom.
