Recalling the tasks set out by the Council at the 12th Session, the Prime Minister said that many emulation movements were launched and implemented effectively, with high spread. These include: Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; emulation to build the 500 kV line 3 Pho Noi - Quang Trach, the 500 kV line Lao Cai - Vinh Yen; 500 days and nights to complete 3,000 km of expressway; emulation to "Digital Education for All"; emulation to study for life...
According to the Prime Minister, the emulation and reward work continues to receive attention and direction from ministries, departments, branches and localities, with focus and key points and effective implementation. The work of honoring advanced models and rewarding is carried out promptly. The Central Emulation and Reward Council has promoted its role well, actively implemented many activities, and provided timely, accurate and effective advice.
Considering that the tasks from now until the end of the year are still very large, especially with just over 20 days to go until the 80th anniversary of National Day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested to promote emulation movements to complete the set goals; to do a good job of commending and awarding collectives and individuals of ministries, branches and localities with honorary state titles at important political events of the country to recognize, encourage and motivate collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements contributing to socio-economic development, building, developing and defending the Fatherland.
The Prime Minister pointed out that it is necessary to follow the correct procedures, regulations, standards, policies and guidelines of the Party and laws of the State, thereby encouraging, motivating and promoting the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, business community and people of all walks of life to compete, make efforts and contribute significantly to the common achievements of the country.
