Deploy training for staff to receive many types of documents

On the afternoon of August 7, Working Group No. 2 of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council on the organization and operation of a number of new wards and communes in the area, led by Comrade Pham Thanh Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, had a survey in Di An ward.

Comrade Pham Thanh Kien and the working delegation surveyed the Public Administration Service Center (PASC) of Di An ward, inquired about the situation of receiving documents, handling administrative procedures and encouraged officers and civil servants working in the departments. He also discussed with the people about the situation of submitting documents and their satisfaction when carrying out administrative procedures at the ward. The people responded very well when coming to the PASC to carry out administrative procedures, receiving enthusiastic guidance and open-minded officers.

The head of the survey team also agreed with the report contents presented by the Party Committee and People's Council of Di An ward, and at the same time commended and highly appreciated the results achieved by the ward in more than 1 month of officially operating the 2-level local government.

Specifically, the ward's political system has made many efforts and applied many solutions to make work smoother; the ward has flexibly assigned Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee to sign and certify documents, instead of only assigning one Vice Chairman and Director of the Center for Public Service and Public Administration to do so, and in reality, the quality of service to the people has been better.

Reporting at the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi Yen Minh, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of Di An Ward, said that in July 2025, the activities of receiving and processing administrative procedures of the ward's Center for Public Administration Services were basically carried out smoothly. Up to now, more than 5,000 records have been received and processed, with a processing rate of 100%.

Regarding the assigned and authorized tasks, the ward is implementing important civil works and projects such as the project to upgrade and expand Nguyen Thi Khap Street, Xom Duong Street - Zone 5; Chieu Lieu Intersection Road to DT743A.

In July 2025, the Ward People's Council successfully held 2 meetings, thereby unanimously passing 16 important Resolutions on personnel, operating regulations of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, establishment of Committees, delegation groups and delegates of the People's Council of Di An Ward, term I, 2021-2026; local budget estimate for 2025, socio -economic development plan for the last 6 months of 2025...

The People's Committee of Di An Ward proposed that the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City provide guidance on continuing to use the volunteer team and support the community digital technology team of the People's Council of Binh Duong Province (formerly) to provide guidance and support for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and online public services. At the same time, the termination of the activities of the self-governing people's group at this time makes it very difficult for the locality to carry out tasks; propose that the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City provide guidance soon to strengthen the Executive Board of the neighborhoods...

Through surveying the facilities, staff capacity and feedback from people at the Center for Public Administration, comrade Pham Thanh Kien ordered the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Di An ward to deploy training so that a civil servant can receive and process many types of documents, to continue to serve the people best.

He noted that in the coming time, the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Di An ward will focus on organizing the ward Party Congress well and implementing steps in accordance with regulations.
