The purpose is to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people the achievements in the fields of economic development, culture - society, national defense and security after 60 years of Bao Yen district establishment. Thereby, arousing national pride, encouraging cadres and people to promote the traditions and achievements, determined to build Bao Yen homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 22nd District Party Congress.
The genre of the entries is poems and songs.
The works submitted to the campaign must be new creations, not having won prizes in other competitions or campaigns; have high ideological and artistic value, have practical distillation and artistic and intellectual thinking created by the author's own labor; be healthy cultural and spiritual products, reflecting vivid reality associated with the formation and development process of Bao Yen district.
Specifically, the works praise the beauty of the land and people of Bao Yen, honor the cultural traditions, revolutionary traditions, reflect the cultural identity of ethnic groups, homeland, nature, people, potential and strengths of Bao Yen. Demonstrate the achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups of Bao Yen district have achieved and are achieving in all fields, at the same time promote the image of Bao Yen district to domestic and international friends, serving the political , economic, cultural and social tasks of the district.
Encourage the creation of topics on Party and government building, new rural construction, tourism development, ethnic solidarity, environmental protection; with melodies, lyrics, methods of expression and exploitation of folk materials of ethnic groups living in the district.
All authors who are individuals or groups with full civil capacity, not currently subject to disciplinary action and have not violated the law, and have not received negative comments at their workplace or place of residence in or outside the province can participate.
The time for receiving entries is from July 15 to December 31, 2024. The time for judging entries is expected to be in January 2025. The Organizing Committee will honor and award the authors and perform the winning works on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Bao Yen district (March 3, 1965 - March 3, 2025).
