At the inspection, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi listened and grasped the difficulties and obstacles in the early stages of operating the 2-level local government model in the area. He listened to reports on the progress of administrative procedure settlement in a number of areas such as: land administration, environment, economy , etc.
The initial phase of operating the new government will inevitably have difficulties. However, each officer and civil servant at the Public Administration Service Center must strive, promote responsibility, and overcome all difficulties to do well the assigned work.

“Where there are still problems and bottlenecks, there must be flexible solutions to help people avoid situations where people have to wait for a long time. For any issues that are in the process of being resolved and do not have a temporary solution, officials and civil servants must clearly state so that people can understand and sympathize with the government. Everyone should promote their responsibilities together towards the goal of the government being closer to the people,” Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee Chairman Ho Van Muoi directed.
Since the operation of the two-level local government until July 21, Tan Minh Commune Public Administration Service Center has received 329 records. Of which, 264 records were processed ahead of schedule, while 7 records were overdue, including 6 household registration records and 1 record of registration of changes in business contents. The reason for the delay was due to a software error that had not been integrated. Currently, the Center is receiving and processing 134 commune-level administrative procedures according to regulations.
Tan Minh commune has a total area of 223.76 km2, a population of 22,292 people, with 15 villages. 60% of the local population is engaged in agricultural production. The budget revenue plan for 2025 is over 58 billion VND.
