Specifically, Yody Fashion Joint Stock Company misdeclared, resulting in a shortfall of nearly VND942 million in corporate income tax payable for the three years of 2020, 2021 and 2022. At the same time, the company also misdeclared, resulting in a shortfall of more than VND141.4 million in value-added tax payable for the three years.
The inspection agency requires Yody to fully, promptly and correctly implement legal documents on tax. The company must hold a review meeting, learn from the limitations and shortcomings and promptly take timely remedial measures.
The Chief Inspector of Hai Duong province has decided to recover more than 1 billion VND from Yody Fashion Joint Stock Company into the temporary account pending processing of the Hai Duong Provincial Inspectorate. Regarding this issue, on January 30, 2024, the Hai Duong City Tax Department handled the tax administrative violation against Yody Fashion Joint Stock Company.
