On Le Van Duyet and Tran Hung Dao streets on the east bank of the Han River, many places are also littered with garbage, causing a loss of beauty, while the peak tourist season in Da Nang City is about to begin.

The Han River is 7.7 km long, originating from Quang Nam province and flowing into the sea of Da Nang city. The river has beautiful scenery that many tourists love, come to visit and experience the activity of traveling by cruise ship to see the city at night.

However, recently, many spontaneous garbage dumps have appeared on the banks of the Han River, making the landscape messy. Vacant lots on Nhu Nguyet Street have gradually become garbage dumps. Construction waste from projects is piled up, some stretches are about 20m long.

In addition, many bottles, nylon bags, dry trees, and household waste from anchored boats have polluted the water source, causing dead fish to drift ashore and give off a foul smell.

In addition, many items on the two streets of Nhu Nguyet and Tran Hung Dao are in a state of disrepair, the pavement stones are peeling, sinking, the stairs are cracked, posing many potential dangers for tourists visiting here.

At night, the situation of young people gathering to eat and drink, littering along the sidewalk and being blown by the wind into the Han River still happens frequently.
