Mr. Pham Minh Thien, representative of the private enterprise Co May family, said that students admitted to Co May Dormitory will have free accommodation and monthly food allowance.
Students also have health insurance and accident insurance; 100% tuition support for the first year, following years according to the regulations of Co May Dormitory.
In addition, students are supported in learning IT, foreign languages, soft skills, extracurricular activities, clubs and personal development programs organized by the dormitory.
Admission criteria are students with difficult circumstances, orphans, and those who do not have enough finances to continue studying; excellent high school students, with priority given to excellent students at district, provincial, city, and national levels.
Along with that, students must have a high school graduation exam score of 20 points or higher in 2025; have high results in the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam (if any).
Mr. Thien also said that students can submit their application online until August 23. Then, they can submit their paper application directly at the Co May Dormitory Office or by post . The deadline for receiving the application is August 25 (based on the postmark).
Admission documents include: high school transcript (photocopy); application for admission to Co May Dormitory; academic achievements: certificates of merit, awards (photocopy); poor household book, certificate of near-poor household or difficult circumstances confirmed by local authorities.
In addition, the application must include a notice of admission for the 2025-2026 school year; a notice of the test scores (if any); a CV with a photo and confirmation from the local authority; a letter of recommendation from a high school teacher or a local representative of the place of residence (with contact information); an essay about yourself, your family and your dreams.

It is known that Co May Dormitory was built in 2016 according to the wish of Mr. Pham Van Ben, owner of Co May private enterprise (hometown Dong Thap province) with the desire to follow in the footsteps of poor, good students.
