Schedule for announcing university benchmark scores 2025

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, the university admission scores for 2025 will be announced from the afternoon of August 20. The first round of admission results must be announced no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 22.

According to the plan to implement university and college admissions in 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training , from August 13 to 5:00 p.m. on August 20, training institutions will upload data, admission information; high school graduation exam scores; high school study results on the System; exam scores... (if any) and organize admissions.

The Ministry of Education and Training also processes the System to determine the highest wish among the wishes for which the candidate is eligible to be admitted.

By 5:00 p.m. on August 20, training institutions will enter the admission scores and admission results into the system. Review and prepare to announce the first round of admission results according to the general schedule.

Training institutions will announce the benchmark scores and successful candidates of the first round before 5:00 p.m. on August 22. Candidates confirm their admission online for the first round on the system before 5:00 p.m. on August 30.

The Ministry of Education and Training said that in 2025, the national high school graduation rate will reach 99.21%. This is the first batch of candidates to graduate under the new General Education Program. This means that more than 9,000 candidates will fail the high school graduation exam in 2025.

As of July 28, the deadline for registration on the Ministry of Education and Training's system, 849,544 candidates had registered for admission, accounting for 73.23%. Thus, more than 310,400 candidates did not register for university and college admission in 2025.
