The "Shark Jaw" building is a commercial center at 7 Dinh Tien Hoang (Hanoi). The project was built on the old tram station with a view of Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square and a full view of Hoan Kiem Lake. The project started in 1990 and was completed in 1993.

After demolition, the city plans to study the construction of 3 basements in the "Shark Jaw" area, with the function of a cultural and commercial space on basement 1; parking area on basements 2 and 3.
