The final round of “Road to Olympia” 2024 took place on the morning of October 13 with the competition of 4 excellent candidates. After 4 intense rounds, Vo Quang Phu Duc, a 12th grade Math 1 student at Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted in Hue , excellently won the laurel wreath. On October 14, Vo Quang Phu Duc returned to his hometown to the warm welcome of teachers, friends, family and people of Thua Thien Hue province.
The 24th “Road to Olympia” Champion title is a worthy result for Vo Quang Phu Duc after a journey of hard work in studying and training. Vo Quang Phu Duc became the third student of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted to bring glory to Thua Thien Hue province. Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted became the school that holds the record with 7 television bridges and 3 times won the laurel wreath at the “Road to Olympia” playground.
On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, presented a Certificate of Merit and 40 million VND in bonus, recognizing and praising Vo Quang Phu Duc's achievements. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province said that Vo Quang Phu Duc's success is a great source of inspiration for young people on their path of learning.
