The talent search program has the participation of 4 teams from the following groups: Maritime; Weapons; Information-radar; Electromechanical and twinned units.

The teams brought to the program many performances, demonstrating individual talents and group activities such as playing musical instruments, dancing, singing, folk dancing, modern dancing, etc.

With the spirit of shock, enthusiasm, creativity of youth and elaborate investment, the young soldiers and union members of the twinned unit brought the audience a unique, attractive and fun cultural program.

Interspersed in the talent search program are candle blowing and birthday cake cutting activities, as well as meeting and receiving gifts from relatives and family members and expressing wishes, thoughts and aspirations during the learning and working process at the unit of soldiers whose birthdays are in the quarter.

Soldiers of Course 51 at the Technical and Professional Training Center of Naval Region 3 blew out candles and cut the cake to celebrate their comrade's birthday.

The organizing committee awarded prizes to groups and individuals with outstanding performance.

At the end of the talent search program, the Organizing Committee awarded a Certificate with a cash prize to the group with the best performance and 1 first prize, 1 second prize, and 1 third prize to individuals with impressive talent performances.

On this occasion, the head of the Political Department of Naval Region 3 awarded certificates of merit from the Naval Region Command to collectives and individuals who contributed to the art program welcoming the 12th Congress of Naval Region 3 Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
