The Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Bien Bach Commune Party Committee to strictly implement, complete and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission no later than August 5.
Previously, on April 24, the Investigation Police Agency of Ca Mau Province Police issued a decision to prosecute Mr. Huynh Nghia for the crime of "Forgery in work", stipulated in Clause 3, Article 359 of the Penal Code. At that time, Mr. Nghia was a specialist of the Department of Internal Affairs of Thoi Binh District; former Justice - Civil Status officer of the People's Committee of Tri Phai Commune.
On May 5, Ca Mau Provincial Police announced the prosecution of Mr. Huynh Nghia as a party member, and sent it to the former Thoi Binh District Party Committee's Inspection Commission to consider handling the party member's violations, but have not yet received any results. Recently, on July 16, the Ca Mau Provincial Police Investigation Agency continued to send a document to the Bien Bach Commune Party Committee to consider handling Mr. Huynh Nghia in terms of the Party according to regulations.
Although Mr. Huynh Nghia was prosecuted, when the district level was dissolved (July 1), Mr. Nghia was still assigned to work as a specialist at the Department of Culture and Society of Bien Bach commune and continued to work normally.
Mr. Tran Van Doan, Secretary of Bien Bach Commune Party Committee, said that when he returned to his new unit, Mr. Nghia did not declare that he was being prosecuted, and the old unit had not yet dealt with the matter in terms of the Party. Therefore, Bien Bach Commune Party Committee had difficulty in handling the matter, so they asked for guidance from the Inspection Commission of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee.
