Upon graduation, students majoring in air traffic management can take on many positions such as air traffic controller; air traffic specialist, quality and security specialist, air traffic specialist at regional air traffic management companies; air traffic flow manager, aviation information officer...

The current average income of an air traffic controller in Vietnam is about 30 million VND/month.

However, the actual income of each air traffic controller depends on the length of service and actual contribution. In addition, air traffic controllers also enjoy other benefits and privileges according to regulations.
