-In the last months of 2025, the Criminal Police Department will continue to closely follow the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security , the Department of Professional Affairs, the Party Committee - the Board of Directors of the City Police Department in crime prevention and control, focusing on effectively implementing the Plan to attack and suppress crime on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, towards the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital.
The Criminal Police Department has stepped up coordination with units in the City Police to effectively implement working measures, ensure social order and safety in the capital, and avoid being passive or surprised in any situation. Synchronously and drastically deploy measures and solutions to create deterrence and strongly suppress crimes against social order. We aim to restrain and reduce at least 5% of crimes against social order in the city, successfully carrying out the 2025 tasks of the Criminal Police force.

The Criminal Police Department also synchronously deployed measures to grasp the situation early and from afar, focusing on strong suppression of crimes that violate social order occurring in the city. In particular, focusing on fighting organized crime, crimes related to "black credit" and "street crime". Continuing to implement the new 141 model with the Criminal Police force in charge, creating deterrence and suppression of crime, especially gangs of young people gathering and using weapons to disturb public order in the city.
The Department also strengthens coordination with relevant forces to step up patrolling, controlling, and ensuring security and order on key routes and areas to prevent and suppress crimes. Strengthen propaganda and warnings about prominent methods and tricks of criminals to raise people's awareness of crime prevention and combat.

- The Criminal Police Department continues to coordinate with departments, branches, and organizations in state management of security, order, conditional business lines, and residence management... The general spirit is to not let subjects take advantage of criminal activities related to social order and social evils in the area.
We also coordinate with the Commune Police to strengthen the management of areas and subjects; strongly suppress gangs and groups of subjects "budding" to operate in each area, route and field. From there, effectively prevent and not let the formation of "hot spots" and "gathering places" of complex criminal offenses and social evils in the area.
The Criminal Police Department also pays great attention to propaganda, dissemination and legal education to all classes of people, thereby raising awareness, self-prevention and proactive detection and denunciation of crimes and social evils, contributing to preventing and not allowing complicated criminal crimes and social evils to arise right from the grassroots level.

- The Criminal Police Department always closely follows the direction and seriously implements the City Police's overall plan in ensuring security and order to serve the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party in the City. In which, it will coordinate and guide units and commune-level police to organize prevention, strong attack and suppression of all types of criminal offenses; eradicate dangerous criminal gangs and groups, and social evils. Be proactive in crime prevention, not allowing complicated cases and situations regarding social order to occur, especially particularly serious cases; be ready with forces and means to support timely handling and resolution of complicated situations in event areas.
