At the ceremony, Mr. Phan Van Mai presented the decision to appoint Mr. Kieu Nam Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee, full-time member of the Board of Members of Saigon Transport Mechanical Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company (SAMCO) to hold the position of part-time member of the Board of Members, General Director of SAMCO.
Mr. Kieu Nam Thanh was born in 1974, hometown Ho Chi Minh City; Bachelor of Finance and Accounting, Senior Political Theory. Mr. Thanh has a long career in the transportation industry, once held the position of General Director of the Eastern Bus Station (under SAMCO).
In his speech assigning tasks, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai said that the mechanical engineering and transportation industries play an important role in the development of Ho Chi Minh City. At the same time, he hoped that Mr. Kieu Nam Thanh and the SAMCO Corporation would have key development plans, build a restructuring strategy, and make SAMCO a capable enterprise in mechanical engineering and an important force participating in the development of the Ho Chi Minh City transportation industry.
In his acceptance speech, the new General Director of SAMCO Kieu Nam Thanh pledged to continuously strive and make efforts to complete assigned tasks, unite with the SAMCO team to develop and meet the expectations and requirements of the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City.
