The steps to introduce personnel for the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee in charge of production and business, Member of the Board of Directors, and General Director of the Group have been thoroughly, firmly, and strictly implemented by the Group, ensuring compliance with Party regulations and State laws, witnessed by guests from the Office of the Government Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, and the Ministry of Home Affairs .

Mr. Le Ngoc Son was born in February 1972. Before becoming Deputy General Director of Petrivietnam (from April 5, 2021), he held the position of Head of Oil and Gas Exploitation Department of Petrovietnam. Previously, he was General Director of Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company (PQPOC).
