It is known that this year's "Support for Exam Season" program was deployed early by the City Youth Union and the Vietnam Student Association of Hanoi, mobilizing more than 2.7 billion VND from socialized sources. For the 2025 high school exam alone, the program has prepared over 40,000 gifts, thousands of items such as cakes, water, hats, shirts, fans... to support candidates and their families.

At the Phan Dinh Phung High School exam site, about 50 volunteers participated in support. Secretary of the District Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ba Dinh District, Pham Thu Phuong, said that the second phase mobilized 500 volunteers at 5 exam sites, coordinating with universities to organize support activities from 5:30 a.m., not only providing water and fans but also boosting the spirit of the candidates.

At the exam site of Yen Hoa Secondary School, Cau Giay, student Nguyen The Kien (University of Commerce), volunteer team leader, said that he and 22 volunteers proactively assigned scientific tasks to support candidates most effectively.

Through practical activities, the youth volunteers of “Supporting the exam season” not only support candidates but also become a spiritual support, helping parents reduce anxiety on the journey with their children to “pass the exam”.

With a daughter taking the graduation exam at Phan Dinh Phung High School, Ms. Vu Thi Bich Ha (Hang Ma Ward, Hoan Kiem District) was given water and a fan by volunteers while waiting for her child to take the exam. She shared: “The volunteers were very enthusiastic, not only encouraging the candidates but also encouraging us, the parents. This is my second child. She registered for the finance major at the National Economics University. This year's exam was also difficult, so when she was at home, she was very worried. However, when she came here and saw the teachers asking and encouraging her, she became calmer and more confident.”

Sharing the same sentiment with Ms. Ha, Ms. Dang Minh Phuong (Cau Giay District) expressed: “The pressure of exams now is much greater than in our time. However, coming here, my daughter and I feel less stressed and worried when we see volunteers at the school gate, dedicated and enthusiastic in giving out water, and carefully guiding candidates and parents.”
