More than 270 members and youth of GĐPT from Ca Mau and neighboring provinces participated in the summer camp.

This is a useful playground with many attractive and creative activities, focusing on moral education , lifestyle, nurturing love for homeland and country and pride in the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation.

Mr. Thach Nam Phuong, Member of the Board of Sponsors of the Ca Mau Buddhist Youth Association, said: "Participating in the Nguyen Thanh Summer Camp, in addition to learning Buddhist doctrine and dharma, young people also learn life skills, helping them to be confident and behave well."

Student Ho Linh Lan, Class 8C, Phan Ngoc Hien Secondary School, Dam Doi Commune, said: "This is the first year I have participated in this activity, also the first time I have been away from home, living with a group, being independent in everything and meeting and interacting with many GĐPT youth from neighboring provinces. Especially being educated in life skills, how to behave, filial piety towards grandparents, parents... through this, it helps me mature and have a better life orientation".

Youth and children in GĐPT play together and show love like brothers and sisters in one family.

In Buddhism, clasping hands and praying before eating symbolizes respect and gratitude.

After more than 70 years of establishment and development, GĐPT Việt Nam has remained steadfast on the path of educating youth according to three principles: Precepts - Concentration - Wisdom. The summer camp is a vivid proof of that effort - a place to sow the seeds of beautiful living ideals, courage and compassion for today's young generation.
